Debt Free by Thirty

What a great aim to have! Being in my late twenties and having only entered the property market a year ago, I’m not sure that this is a realistic dream for me. Especially considering we’ve dropped to one income since buying our first home so that I would be able to stay home and raise our family! It’s a big life change to adjust to… but I’m confident that we’ve made the right decision for our family! :-)

So what is my dream? I’m still formulating it, but Debt Free by Forty doesn’t sound too bad at this point! Right now, that means doing everything I can to save money (we have a budget… every time I can bring a category in under budget, that is money saved towards paying off our mortgage and puts us one step closer to becoming debt free). Anyway… I’ll be starting a blog series on Money Management Tips soon and will share more of my ideas then.

In the mean time… if you’d love to read more about getting your finances under control head over to Debt Free by Thirty: A Year In Review & A Giveaway and enter the competition for your chance to win The Millionaire Next Door or Your Money or Your Life and get started on setting your own financial goals.
